I had a great experience staying at a motel in Palmerston North. The location was convenient, with a shopping center just a short walk away. Despite being on a busy road, accessing the motel was hassle-free and there was plenty of parking available. The host was friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the comfortable recliner lounge chairs and sofa in the apartment, perfect for unwinding and watching TV. The queen bed and pillows were divine, and the spa bath was a delightful bonus. The motel also had a good selection of TV channels and the overall furnishings were of high quality. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bed was good, and plenty of places to sit comfortably.

It took far too long to warm up the room, heating needed to be improved, and the tiles on the bathroom floor were freezing. You could not walk barefooted in the bathroom.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the bath and reclining chairs. Good to see recycling of rubbish. A good value place to stay.

We struck a very cold weekend and our room had the door open when we arrived and it was was absolutely freezing! We had been out in the cold all day and were looking forward to a nice warm room. It didn't take too long for heat pump to kick in though.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to everything, including a mall and the city center. The staff were helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to provide me with a late check-out and secure storage for my bags. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a spa bath and bath gel for a relaxing experience. Plus, the hotel offered a range of services like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, ensuring a hassle-free stay. I couldn't have asked for more!

Quiet considering in centre of city. Clean and very comfortable bed.

It was surprisingly quiet, very clean and well kept - as well as well kept day by day. Friendly helpful staff. We will definitely stay again if we are ever down that way.

A bit noisy with the service station and 'boy racers' and their exhausts, but knowledge that tat is hard to combat.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as everything was so close to it. It was really handy to have a mall located just a short distance down the road. The hotel facilities were clean and always well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay here even more enjoyable.

Our stay at the Shadzz was excellent. Very friendly owners and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional, and yet also very approachable and friendly.

My only issue I would have to say was the use of internet. Coming from Australia and Holland we found it to be extremely expensive to use the internet from the Shadzz, compared to other places we have stayed which was all part of the package.

The studio unit we stayed in was modern and fresh with a great spa bath and shower. We also enjoyed the comfortable La-Z-Boy seating and the flatscreen TV with Sky. The location was perfect with a shopping mall and CBD all within a short walking distance. Despite being on a busy corner, the noise was minimal.

The storage space in the room was limited and we found the cups to be too small, but this did not detract from our overall positive experience. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay during the new year at this well-located accommodation.

It was everything we expected. The motel was a pleasure to stay in and could not fault it at all. It is very central to everything.

The only thing I would have liked was to have a hand rail into the spa bath and shower.

A modern well appointed motel close to city, university and most Palmerston North amenities. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and staff extra helpful. This would be one of the best motels I have stayed at in New Zealand. Unbelievable value for money. Well done, Shadzz.
